Purchasing Information
Prints of photographs from the Pikes Peak Library District Special Collections may be ordered with the forms on this
site. At present, the library is unable to accept online orders or credit card payment. All orders are payable in advance,
by check or money order, made payable to Pikes Peak Library District.
Prints for private use, including research, personal interest, display in private residences, school projects and gifts
may be purchased for a nominal fee.
Commercial use of images from the collection, including publication in books, periodicals, videos, CDs, posters,
postcards or websites, or commercial display in stores, restaurants, offices, or bed & breakfasts, is subject to a
commercial use fee in addition to the processing fees.
The commercial use fee may be waived for non-profit organizations with proof of tax-exempt status; processing fees will
still apply.
All guidelines and restrictions are listed in the Collections Use Agreement
and Conditions of Use.
Most orders will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the order. Orders may be picked at the
Special Collections department during regular
library hours or may be mailed directly to your address. Most shipping will be by first class mail, U.S. Postal Service.

Collections Use Agreement, and
Conditions of Use, sign and mail with your check, payable to
