On Thursday, December 11 at 8 a.m., the first offering in this series will bring Fred Burton to the East Teen Center. (Attendance is invitation-only.) Burton is Vice President for Counterterrorism and Corporate Security at Stratfor, the world’s largest global intelligence company. He will talk about how he got into the counterterrorism field and his life as a counter-terror agent. The presentation will be simulcast on The Library Channel, Comcast 17. Burton will answer questions sent in via instant messaging through the widget at ppld.org/teens.
