Laptop Lab

Library laptops are available for use in our downstairs meeting room. Library staff will be on hand either to assist with personal projects (class work, to job skills to Microsoft Office products, Facebook, Craigslist and more) or we can provide practice materials on computer basics. Video Editing Basics Using Premiere CC Class

For those new to video editing, this introductory editing class will get you up and running with Adobe Premiere CC. We will cover a range of topics from navigating the interface, importing assets, working with sequences and timelines, applying titles and effects, and exporting your finished edit.

Patrons 9-13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

For patrons with specific trouble shooting needs or help beyond the materials covered in other library computer classes. If the user just needs beginner instruction, sign them up for computer basics, internet basics, word, etc. Remind the patron to bring their device to the appointment if possible.

Introduction to 3D Modeling using 123D Design

An introduction to Autodesk's free 3D Modeling software. Great for those who want to get started in designing their own models for 3D Printing. This class is for advanced computer users who are very comfortable with computer navigation and have experience using a variety of software including Microsoft Office products, but no previous 3D Modeling experience is needed. This class is best suited for students 13 and over. Students 9-11 must be accompanied by an adult.
