LOOSEN UP!- This class offers 30 minutes of mindful movements specifically designed to be gentle on the joints while increasing flexibility. According to the Arthritis Foundation, people with various types of arthritis who have a regular practice of movement and stretching reported significant reduction in pain and joint stiffness and improvements in physical function. Join us in a fun and interactive setting. All adults of all fitness and ability levels welcome.

Needles, Hooks and Yarn - Quilt Squares
