It may be that your card has expired. Please call your library to see if this is the case. If it is, you'll need to bring your photo ID and proof of address to your library to have it reinstated

Is the length of time digital audiobooks can be checked now two weeks? Is this permanent? Thank you.

Hi there. As more patrons will use PPLD digital resources online, cardholders can have 10 checkouts for a total of 14 days each; the holds limit remains at a total of 30. PPLD will continue to add copies of digital materials to our collection as our budget allows. This should be just for our closure. Here's more information: https://ppld.org/COVID-19

Do you still have a 3 day grace period for check-out books after the due date?

Hi there. We don't collect overdue fines anymore, so you can turn it in a few days late without any consequences.

I need my husband to be able to pick up my holds for me. How do I add him to my account so he is allowed to do that? I'd like both of us on the account. Self checkout has worked fine but he was recently stopped when trying to check out from the window even though he has the card and pin. We've been married 35 years so I'm not worried about which of us is responsible for overdue items.

Hello, thanks for your question.
We apologize, but there was a mix-up when your husband was not allowed to check out your holds. He IS allowed to pick up and check out your holds if he has your card. To avoid future confusion you can contact your library branch and ask for this to be noted on your account.
Thank you.

Is there a link or way to show history of books checked out under my account?

Thank you for contacting Pikes Peak Library District. Unfortunately our current vendor does not offer that feature. We have requested they add it however we do not have a timeline when such a feature will be available.

Is there a way to know what books i have checked out in the past?

How do I check out books online so I could pick them up?
