Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available to reserve up to six months in advance and are designed to offer accommodations for educational, informational, cultural, and civic functions.

Study Rooms
Study rooms are available to book a day in advance for up to two hours per day.

East Community Meeting Room

Room Capacity: 100 (minimum capacity 25)

Setup:
Library staff will set up the room according to set up specified on the meeting room reservation form. Please see options: Meeting Room Setups.

Provided at no charge if available

  • Whiteboard (markers and erasers not provided, but are available for checkout at the ASK desk with a library card)

Setup:
This room will be set for boardroom seating as a default. The group can rearrange the chairs and tables, but when the meeting is over, the group must return the setup to boardroom style.

  • Whiteboard (markers and eraser not provided, but a available for checkout the the ASK desk with a library card)

Study Rooms

Study room reservations can be made for once per day, up to 24 hours in advance. A two hour maximum per group is allowed. You will need a valid library card and a PIN to reserve these rooms.

Hours: Same as library hours. Closes 30 minutes prior to library closing.

Food: Only covered non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Teen Study Rooms

Study rooms ET1 and ET2 are available for patrons between 12 and 18 years old. Study rooms can be reserved at the East Teen Center desk or by calling (719) 531-6333 x1318 the day of or the day before. Adults actively engaged in helping a teen with homework or tutoring may use the study rooms when the teen is between 12 and 18 years old.
