Supports all daily operations at the East Library. Provides direct customer-focused public service on our service desks, including in our Makerspace. Will provide reference and account support via phone and chat. Provides one-on-one support to patrons on computer use, mobile device use, and advanced information seeking. Supports, selects, and implements Creative Services activities and programs. Supports circulation functions including materials processing. Engages community at outreach and off-site events.
