Self Defense

This six-week self defense class is for ALL adults, regardless of fitness level. This is a hands-on, non-cardio "what-you-are-capable-of" class, with individualized attention. You will get the most out of this class by attending all 6 sessions. Wear comfortable clothing.

  • When: Thu., May 3, 10, 17, and 24; June 14 and 21 from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
  • Where: Library 21c, 1175 Chapel Hills Dr.

Please come! The class does not require registration, but you will need to sign a waiver form at the door in order to participate in the class. There are 3 sessions left and we review everything each lesson. The remaining classes are on Thursdays, May 24, June 14, and June 21 from 9:30-10:30 am in Venue at Library 21c.
