21st Annual Frank Waters Award Luncheon Honors Tom Noel
Please join us for the 21st Annual Frank Waters Award Luncheon honoring Tom Noel. Noel is a professor of history and Director of Public History, Preservation and Colorado Studies at the University of Colorado Denver. He is also an award-winning author, writes a weekly column for The Denver Post, and appears on TV regularly as Dr. Colorado.
We will also honor the Golden Quill Award winner Jan Pettit at this event.
