Print, Copy, and Fax

Printing and Copy Rates

Printing costs $0.10 for black and white copies and $0.25 for color copies. Your library card is given a printing allowance of $7 each week. The print allowance is issued every Monday and does not roll over from week to week.

Wireless Printing

  • Wireless printing is available at all Library locations, with the exception of Mobile Library Services.
  • This service enables you to print virtually any document or web page from your Internet connected PC or device to our printer.
  • There is no additional software required.
  • Print jobs stay in the queue for up to 24 hours and can be printed out at any location.

Email Printing

To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to:

You will be sent release instructions which can be used to retrieve your printouts.

Scanning

  • Scanning is free
  • Scanner sizes are 8.5x11 and 11x17
  • Storage media varies by location (USB, email, smartphones, Google Drive, etc). Contact your library for specifics.
  • PPLD offers scanning services at all Library locations, with the exception of Mobile Library Services.

Faxing

  • PPLD offers outgoing faxing services, free of charge, at all Library locations, with the exception of Mobile Library Services.
