PPLD offers convenient book group sets to help you create a personalized experience for your group. Each set includes multiple copies of popular titles, making it easy for you and your friends to engage in meaningful conversations about books you love.

Book Group sets are located at one of three libraries: East, Library 21c, or Penrose.

To see which sets are currently available, click on the button that looks like this:

Make sure you click on the book title to see which library has it on the shelf. You may place holds on book club sets that are currently checked out. You will be notified when the set is ready for pick up. The library will hold your items for seven days after notification. If the set is needed for a future date, place the hold and then suspend it. Follow these instructions to suspend holds.
- Each set checks out for six weeks with one renewal of six weeks if there are no holds on the title.
- The borrower is responsible for returning all set contents.
- Book club members must return their copies to the borrower, not to the library.
- Incomplete sets will remain on the cardholder’s account until all items are received.
- There is a nonrefundable charge for lost or damaged items.
Only titles on the above list are available as book club sets.

The Fiction Book Club meets at Cheyenne Mountain Library and enjoys sharing a variety of authors and books in an open discussion format. The group is open to all and registration is not required.

Manitou Springs BYOBooks Club
Join us for a monthly Bring Your Own book group that meets the 2nd Saturday of each month. Patrons are encouraged to bring their latest read and share their thoughts with the group. Book groups are open to everyone, and they are a great opportunity to discover new genres and titles, meet new people, and engage in discussion.
Old Colorado City Book Group
The Old Colorado City Book Group enjoys sharing a variety of authors and books in an open discussion format. The group is open to all and registration is not required.
