Later, I worked on the "Star Wars" program (SDI) at Falcon AFB (now Schriever). I taught math courses at UCCS for almost 12 years, then at the US Air Force Academy. I was recruited by the University of Maryland to teach for the European Division, and spent 7 years in Europe and SouthWest Asia teaching Mathematics and Physical Science. I returned to the States and completed my PhD in Mathematics at Utah State University in May 2014. Areas of research: Hamiltonian Cycle Theory, Cosmology, Philosophy of Mathematics.
