Stop by any PPLD Library
Option 2:
Print a Library Card Application
Print a Library Card Application (en español, Korean, Mandarin, Vietnamese), fill it out, and bring it in.
Option 3:
Apply Online
Complete our Library Card Application for access to most of our online resources. Visit any PPLD library within 30 days and verify El Paso County, Colorado address residency to access all benefits of a library card.
Replacement cards cost $1.00
