Font Size
In the print version you made the text double spaced in this issue, but made the font even smaller. The reverse should have been true. If you want people to read this, make it easy. Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback on our publication. Our mission at the Library is to help individuals access the resources they need to achieve their goals, and making our print pieces as accessible as possible is certainly part of that. Our graphic designer on staff has a background and expertise in typography, and we spent a lot of time as a communications staff standardizing the font size and spacing for this publication based on that expertise. We made a decision on font size and spacing in order to make the text as usable and palatable as possible for the largest number of readers. If you're finding you continue to have issues using our print pieces, please feel free to contact me at kswanson@ppld.org.
Thank you again for your feedback!

Market demographics might
Market demographics might show you that patrons who use the print version, as opposed to digital, are older, and a larger sans serif font is more accessible. Isn't that what is desired?

Ability to zoom in with digital version
I usually pick up a print version of the Discovery magazine but with having to stay home, the digital version is just as good. I really appreciate the ability to zoom in for a larger font since without it I don't think anyone could read the text. With "older eyes" I still had no problem at all reading the text after zooming in just one time. Thanks so much!
