Foundation Events
Shivers Concert Series
The Shivers Concert Series has been raising funds to support local culture and arts for 33 years. These concerts benefit the Shivers Fund at PPLD started by Peggy and Clarence Shivers, which contributes to the African American collection at Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD), awards grants and scholarships to students, and encourages young people to pursue their interests in the arts.
Pickleball for a Cause
The second Pickleball Tournament was a huge success! The event sold out and the participants had a great time playing, as well as raising money for a great cause! Check back in 2027 to sign up early!
Night at the Library
Our next Night at the Library Gala is slated for Sat., April 4. Stay tuned for tickets, details, and themes!

PPLD welcomes gifts of individual stocks, individual bonds, mutual funds and exchanged traded funds (ETFs).
To make a gift of stock, please contact foundation@ppld.org to request transfer instructions. Kindly include the type and number of shares you plan to contribute.
