East Library Undergoing Parking Lot Repairs

Pikes Peak Library District (PPLD) begins a month-long repair of the East Library parking lot on Tue., Sept. 3. Patrons can expect closures of sections of the parking lot. Access to the drive-through book drop will be closed intermittently during this project. Curbside pickup services will not be available for the duration of the project.

East Library will remain open throughout the project. Library users will still be able to access services inside of the Library such as holds pickups and programming. With active construction zones and limited availability of parking, Library users are encouraged to take this opportunity to visit and explore other Library locations such as Library 21c, which is only 10 minutes way.

For anyone who wants to avoid the area during this project, holds can be routed to other locations through our mobile app or My Account or patrons can call (719) 531-6333 and select 0 for staff assistance in moving their holds.
