The Pikes Peak Library District’s Local Authors Website lists published authors whose works are set in the Pikes Peak region, who live or work in the region, or who write about the area. Authors are recommended for the website by library staff, the authors themselves, or members of the community. The website is used both by the public and by the Library District when looking for a speaker on a particular topic or an author of interest. It is also an avenue for authors to introduce their books to the public, as well as connect with other writers and publishers in the Pikes Peak region. And, of course, the website can be used by anyone just to a find an interesting book to read by one of our talented local authors!
